National Swim Series Entry Form for Interstate Swimmers for MSSA SC State Cup 2016


MSSA Interclub 2 2016 Results

 

Congratulations to the following swimmers who achieved National Records:

Stephanie Palmer-White (50-54) 200m Butterfly in a time of 2m35.49s

Joanne Sutcliffe (55-59) 200m Backstroke in a time of 2m44.60s

Maryanne Heffernan (60-64) 400m Freestyle in a time of 5m27.73s

Mark Smedley (55-59) 25m Backstroke in a time of 14.68s and 50m Backstroke in a time of 31.61s

 

The following swimmers broke State Records : Ilze Ostrovska, Julie Astley, Stephanie Palmer-White, Judy Thomas, Maryanne Heffernan, Leonie O'Connell, Diane Ross, Mark Smedley, Grant Simpson, Ian Young and Tubby Ramsay.

The following teams broke State Records: Adelaide Masters Female 160-199 Team, Marion Female  280-319 Team, Henley Beach Mixed 160-199 Team, Marion Mixed 240-279 Team and Atlantis Mixed 280-319 Team.

MSSA Branch Training Sessions

Masters Swimming SA offers any adult swimmers a Programme and Stroke Correction Training Session supervised by qualified Level 1 Masters Coach each Monday, Wednesday and Friday 10-11am at the Adelaide Aquatic Centre, NORTH ADELAIDE.

The cost of Masters Swimming SA daytime training sessions is $10, plus entry to the Adelaide Aquatic Centre, North Adelaide.
